Everyone would like specific data on their customers so they can offer them relative information, but most have no plan to capture this data. With our text polling system, you can quickly and easily send out a polling question to a group or all of your subscribers with up to 5 multiple choice answers. Once they respond, our software groups these subscribers by their answers. This gives you the ability to go back and send relevant messages by a specific poll answer.

For instance, let’s say Daisy’s Yogurt would like to find out what their text subscriber’s favorite flavors are. They can log on to their SMS account, create a poll, example below, and wait for the responses. Let’s say they over bought Vanilla yogurt.  They now can simply login, click on group messaging, and send out messages to everyone that replied vanilla was their favorite flavor.
